LiquidVault and its content, features, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Content and tools (e.g., devotionals, business guidance) are for general informational and faith-based encouragement only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiquidVault and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiquidVault and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
