These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LiquidVault, operated by LiquidVault Inc. ("LiquidVault," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
LiquidVault is a web-based application that provides daily spiritual alignment tools, AI-powered business counsel, decision tracking, and related features for faith-driven founders and entrepreneurs. The platform is accessible at liquidvault.co.
To access the application you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. LiquidVault stores your data locally on your device and does not have access to your password — it is hashed and never stored in plain text.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use LiquidVault.
LiquidVault offers the following paid subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for digital services already rendered. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@liquidvault.co within 7 days of the charge.
The Counsel and Daily Alignment are available free of charge with limitations. Free users receive 3 Counsel conversations before being prompted to upgrade. Daily scripture, streak tracking, and the Word remain free indefinitely.
The Counsel and Divine Intelligence features are powered by AI (Anthropic's Claude). These features are designed to support your reflection and decision-making — they do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or spiritual advice. The Counsel presents scripture and asks questions; it does not speak for God or make claims about divine direction in your specific situation.
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment when making business or personal decisions.
Your journal entries, decisions, prayers, and alignment history are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. LiquidVault does not have server-side access to your personal vault content. We collect only your name and email address for account purposes.
You can export your data at any time using the Export Vault feature. You can delete your data by clearing your browser's localStorage.

All content, design, code, and copy within LiquidVault is the property of LiquidVault Inc. The LiquidVault name, logo, and "Kingdom Operating System" positioning are proprietary. Scripture references are drawn from publicly available translations and are used for devotional purposes.
LiquidVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet every specific requirement. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquidVault Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
